The Westcliff Transit Center is a transit terminal built in the valley’s west side community of Summerlin. Design elements include drought tolerant landscaping, outdoor seating areas, as well as a custom barrier fence design inspired by the architectural forms of the bus stop canopies. This terminal is the park & ride for the residents of Summerlin and be serviced by the upcoming Commuter Line and possibly RTC Transit routes 207 and/or 208.

The purpose of the project was to construct a Park-and-Ride facility as the west leg of the Durango Dr. /Westcliff Dr. intersection. This size of the property being 3.1 acres consists of half parking lot and half loading and unloading of transit vehicles. This project includes a bus turnout with canopy/shelters for waiting passengers.
