JWZ developed the program for this park through direction from the City of North Las Vegas, but primarily the direction came from the public workshops and design charettes we conducted with area residents. The park’s main entry area functions as a “town center” gathering space that draws park goers in, and then provides direction to disperse them to various park activities.

These activities include soccer, T-ball, basketball, tennis, open play, bocce, horseshoes, and picnicking. This park was designed to City of North Las Vegas standards, and is a barrier-free design using sound sustainability principals.
