JWZ created the Master Plan for this 160-acre park for the City of Henderson. Among the amenities that were included in this park are multi-use fields, tennis courts, picnic pavilions, a competition-quality aquatic facility, interpretive trails, tot lots, horseshoe and bocce courts, baseball fields, volleyball courts, a dog park, multi-use trails, a desert demonstration garden, a senior facility, and an arroyo.

With sustainability as a primary emphasis for the Master Plan, the park incorporates on-site water management, open space, native vegetation, low water use vegetation, sustainable site materials and furnishings. JWZ was responsible for master planning, site design, landscape architecture design, and project management including consultant management.
